In Brief

Despite a very rainy winter, our teams maintained their momentum with remarkable motivation. The main structural work is complete, and all buildings have been erected, allowing us to calmly begin the secondary trades. The blue sky has returned over the gulf. From the balcony of apartment E22, the view is spectacular: a magnificent preview of your future summers!

Roofing and roof structure

With the roof truss completed, our teams have finalised the roofing. The choice fell on canal tiles with varied shades. This avoids the uniform look of identical tiles and offers a much more authentic aesthetic. Beyond the visual aspect, which blends perfectly into the landscape of Propriano, this roofing provides optimal and durable protection for the entire structure against the elements.

Tiles and wall coverings

Alongside the completion of the concealed plumbing systems, the installation of ceramic coverings has begun. Tiling work is now complete on the entire W building, where bathrooms have been treated from floor to ceiling.

The tiling layout was carried out using 120x60 cm tiles. This implementation, which requires rigorous preparation of the surfaces and precise alignment of the joints, reduces the number of joints. This ensures optimal protection while making surfaces easier to maintain.
