Felicita Residence Two townhouses that embrace the walls of the bastion and the sea… Here, the stone bears witness to history and pays homage to it. The reduced volumes, contained heights, the restored oven, a heritage treasure, revive the spirit of our village. The preserved plant species remind us that nature is never far away.

On the heights, towards the heart of the village… a three-minute walk from the bell tower; all lots overlook the sea and the bastion from their terraces. Felicita offers five apartments here, ranging from T2 to T4.
Articulation / site plan
Two townhouses integrated into the nearby environment, built around a shared circulation area. Heritage and authenticity are highlighted. The small square, arranged around the oven, distributes access to the upper-level apartments.
Simple architecture and volume
In recognition of the spirit of the place, stones from the ruins and retaining walls of the site are used to clad the visible parts. Two symmetrical roof sections covered with red terracotta tiles divide the roofs. Each house frees up space for a walkway leading to the oven. Existing trees are preserved. Local plant species (rockrose, strawberry tree, myrtle, juniper, mastic tree…) enhance the pathways, terraces and small gardens. The shared private garage is located at street level, beneath the north house.
